These AI Terms govern any features of our Site or Services that use artificial intelligence (“AI Features”), such as AI-assisted design tools, image enhancement, or automated communications offered by AMUS3D Prints LLC, doing business as Starlux Photo Booth. They supplement our Terms of Use.
Acceptable Use
When using any AI Feature, you agree not to:
- Provide unlawful, infringing, or harmful inputs;
- Use outputs to mislead, defraud, or impersonate others;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the underlying models or systems.
No Reliance & Accuracy
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI Features are provided to assist, not to replace professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content.
Human Oversight
Where AI assists in producing designs, communications, or other deliverables connected to your event, those deliverables are reviewed by a person before they are finalized or used.
Inputs & Outputs
You retain ownership of the content you submit to an AI Feature, subject to the permissions you grant us to operate the feature and provide the Services. To the extent permitted by law, you may use the outputs we deliver to you in connection with your event.
Third-Party AI Providers
Some AI Features may rely on third-party providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the provider’s terms. We select providers that handle data responsibly, and we describe our practices in our AI Usage Policy.
Changes
We may update these AI Terms as our features and the underlying technology evolve. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
