Our Services
The Site provides information about our photo booth rental services and allows you to submit booking inquiries. Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not create a binding contract. Bookings are confirmed only through a separate signed service agreement and any required deposit.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site;

Event Photos & Likeness
Photographs and video captured during our Services at your event are governed by the service agreement for that event, which addresses ownership, delivery, and any use for promotional purposes.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlux will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability arising from the Services is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Indemnification
