- Communications — helping draft responses, proposals, and marketing content, always reviewed by a person before sending;
- Image quality — assisting with photo enhancement such as lighting and color correction;
- Operations — organizing information and improving our internal workflows.
Human in the Loop
AI assists our team; it does not replace it. A person reviews AI-assisted work — designs, communications, and edited images — before it is finalized, sent, or delivered to you.
Your Photos & Data
We treat your event photos and personal information with care. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not provide your event photos to third parties to train their AI models without your consent. Any AI tools we use to enhance images are applied to deliver your Services, not to repurpose your content.
Transparency & Accuracy
AI output can contain errors. We review AI-assisted material for accuracy and appropriateness, and we remain responsible for the final work we deliver. If you ever have questions about how AI was used in your deliverables, just ask.
Responsible Providers
When we rely on third-party AI services, we choose providers that handle data responsibly and consistent with our Privacy Policy and AI Terms.
